I'm so glad I have a contract with AHAC for servicing my heating/ac system every six months. It means everything is working fine and I don't have to stress out as the weather changes. I also appreciate that the technicians who come to my home--such as Marlon, who came this morning--are not only skilled, but also respectful of the premises, such as wearing paper booties inside the house. Marlon spent a good amount of time checking and testing aspects of the system and left me a detailed review of his findings (all good!). Marlon exemplifies the highly professional technicians I have come to expect from AHAC. This is a great local company!

Jarrell of Arlington Heating and Air visited my home in Springfield VA today to fix one problem and to do the Fall servicing. I was happy to see Jarrell at the door. He's been here several times before, as part of my service plan with Arlington Heating and Air. He knows my system. I have always been happy with his work. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, which was preventing current from reaching the thermostat, then did the fall servicing.He was professional, polite, and helpful throughout. We greatly appreciated the speedy scheduling and how thoroughly professional, polite and courteous the technicians were and how efficiently they dealt with the issue. A recent incident illustrates why I have been a highly-satisfied customer of Arlington Heating and A/C for over 20 years with a maintenance agreement providing priority emergency service.One morning during the recent period of terribly cold weather, I awoke to find that I had no heat whatsoever. When I called the company, Jessica said that they were swamped with calls, but assured me that someone would come to the house that day. Jessica called me again to inform me that I was next on the list and once more to report that the technician was on his way. With the temperature in the house rapidly falling, it was very reassuring to receive these calls.Within two hours of my call, Mike appeared at my door. Mike has serviced my equipment for many years, and he is highly skilled, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He quickly identified the cause of the problem as a bad circuit breaker in the electrical panel for the air handler. Despite this handicap, Mike did not give up. He continued working on the system and miraculously was able to restore heat to the house. He carefully explained to me about the need to replace the breaker. He also patiently answered all my questions. Facing the prospect of a freezing-cold house, Mike truly “saved the day.”For coming to my rescue during my heating emergency and providing outstanding customer service, I offer my sincere thanks to Jessica and Mike.The following is an update of the above review, which was posted about 6 years ago:I have now been a customer of Arlington Heating and A/C for 29 years because of the outstanding service they provide. Recently, it was time for the Fall checkup of my heat pump. The office staff (Kaitlyn and Jessica) were very courteous and helpful in promptly scheduling the checkup and thereafter informing me of when the technician was on his way. Richard performed a thorough inspection of my equipment, both inside and outside, and informed me of the results. He patiently answered all my questions in terms I could clearly understand. Richard is very knowledgeable about HVAC systems. At all times, he was courteous, professional, and respectful of my property. It is rare today to find a company that is as customer-oriented as Arlington Heating and A/C.
