The house is Arlington 'Green Home Choice' Platinum certified and the system is a critical componant of that. I started using this company in 1999. They have been consistently reliable in all aspects of HVAC work. In the combination of the two homes I have had, they have moved gas pipes, installed heaters and air conditioning units, added returns to improve air flow, and on one check up, fixed a large duct that had developed a leak. Their turnover of technicians and service desk is low and, for me, that is a sign of a solid company; however, their punctuality, reliability, and service are more than just signs of a good company. I recommend you try them.

I have been with Arlington heating and air conditioning since the year 2002 so 23 years. They always give first class service and I don’t have any problems in the summer with air conditioning or in the winter with heating because they do the right job of maintaining my heating and air-conditioning units every six months. The maintenance part is so critical and important I can discover problems before they actually appear. I strongly encourage everyone to get that maintenance contract because it pays for itself time and again.

In an HVAC industry that has become almost entirely focused on selling new systems, Arlington Heating & Air Conditioning is a breath of fresh air. Their technician, Marlon, diagnosed the problem with my 15 year old Rheem system and completed the repair in 30 minutes at a very fair price. He was not only capable and efficient but also a pleasure to work with. Within 24 hours of my air conditioning system going down on a Sunday it was up and running, and in the middle of a heat wave no less! That's what I call old fashioned service. I'm so sorry I didn't post this review many years ago. We have had stellar service from Arlington Heating and Air for well over a decade. During that time, as with today's service, we have had thorough and in-depth service from Curtis of Arlington Heating and Air. Yes, a few times, Curtis was not available, but the service was still top-notch. We have taken advantage of the yearly maintenance plan and it is worth every penny. Here's a suggestion. Stop looking and give Arlington Heating and Air a call. You will not be sorry and quite pleased with their service.
