used them for emergency heat repair. (used to have a contract with the other big guy who promised if you can't, we can - but they didn't which is terrible). of course signed up for a yearly maintenance contract (and it was less expensive than the big guys price). great local company. would recommend for anyone that wants real people and real service (instead of a call center with people who don't care you don't have heat in the winter)

This is a great family owned business. They just installed a new furnace and a/c for me. The work was done quickly and the install was seamless m. They did a great job of cleaning up afterwards and everyone is lovely to deal with.

I have been contracting HVAC services with Arlington Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. for about 17 years now, and have been very satisfied with their service. Last Spring Richard did my A/C inspection and last week Stanley did my heating inspection, both young men (had not met them previously) but found them to be very knowledgeable and they both provided clear explanations as to what they were looking at and explanations of the results of their inspections. I am glad to have my HVAC contract with Arlington Heating & Air Conditioning, and have no reservation about recommending this company.

Curtis arrived on time in bad weather and quickly and efficiently attended to our two-zone system's two outside units and ones in the attic and the basement. He changed the filter, tested all the wiring and pressures, checked the coolant, capacitors and advised on my filter change schedule. Very efficient and complete. Well done.

We have used Arlington Heating for many years and always request a particular technician who we like, trust and is thorough. He has been so reliable and really knows our system. I really like Arlington Heating since it is a local company and, unlike the big chains, are not always trying to upsell and push additional products or services. I started using this company in 1999. They have been consistently reliable in all aspects of HVAC work. In the combination of the two homes I have had, they have moved gas pipes, installed heaters and air conditioning units, added returns to improve air flow, and on one check up, fixed a large duct that had developed a leak. Their turnover of technicians and service desk is low and, for me, that is a sign of a solid company; however, their punctuality, reliability, and service are more than just signs of a good company. I recommend you try them.

I have been with Arlington heating and air conditioning since the year 2002 so 23 years. They always give first class service and I don’t have any problems in the summer with air conditioning or in the winter with heating because they do the right job of maintaining my heating and air-conditioning units every six months. The maintenance part is so critical and important I can discover problems before they actually appear. I strongly encourage everyone to get that maintenance contract because it pays for itself time and again.
