“This was Saturday afternoon, August 17. It had been a long day for Stanley. He nonetheless arrived and conducted a very thorough check of the airconditioning system in my twice yearly maintenance agreement. Stanley was very professional, took his time, and checked the entire system. He wrote a summary and went through it to ensure that I understood all of his notes.

Both my systems needed attention at the same time so was a bit frantic. The folks in the office are friendly and efficient. They scheduled the appointment and offered alternatives if I wanted the work done sooner.
Richard, the technician who came out was wonderful. Diagnosed the problems in minutes and had everything repaired in short order. The cost was amazingly reasonable. So very grateful!”

“On April 15, 2024, we had a 20 year old heating and AC system replaced with a new Carrier gas furnace and AC unit. We also had the Aprilaire humidifier and the digital thermostat replaced. The men showed up when they said they would and quickly removed the old equipment. The new system was put in and tested in one day. After everything was working, they showed us how to set the new thermostat and the humidifier controls. I strongly recommend Arlington and will continue to use them to maintain this new system.”
