We’ve been using Arlington Heating & Air for over 20 years. They have been wonderful and reliable for both semi-annual maintenance checkups and also installation of a new system about 16 years ago and a new hot water heater about 2 years ago. Curtis is the same service tech who has been coming to our home over the course of these 20 years and has become familiar with our system and also our family. UPDATE: As expected, excellent winter "check-up." These aren't fly by inspections. Jerrell [super tech, super guy] checked wiring, cleaned switches, drained ports, sanded flame sensor, and more. All to ensure no cold mornings and emergency calls. And kudos to Jessica in the front office. Could not be more pleased. Fully satisfied customer for 13 years.Previous entry, 3 years ago:A+++ rating. Arlington Heating & Air Conditioning installed a new air conditioner and gas furnace. Excellent experience from initial consultation, estimate, and installation. The company explained the pros and cons of different equipment models to enable me to confidently chose equipment that met my efficiency goals at a very competitive price.The installation was top-notch, neat, and professional. Clearly the installers take pride in their work, and they were prompt, efficient, and courteous. Within a month of moving into my new home, I contacted Arlington Heating and Air Conditioning to replace the 12 year old Rheem furnace and A/C with Arlington's recommended two stage Luxaire system. The old system in the house made a great deal of noise that was caused by inadequate return air. It was surprising to me that since 1964, when the house was built, no one had ever added more return ducts. Every previous HVAC system must have had a short life (or shorter than it could have been) from a simple lack of adequate return air.I have learned the importance of proper installation in getting a properly functioning HVAC system. It would not have been enough if the install team just added a new a/c and furnace. In 3 days, Arlington's install team completely reengineered the HVAC system with a more efficient design as well as new and enlarged return ducts. Now when friends come by to "inspect" my new house, I don't hesitate to show them the HVAC system first, before any other home improvement. I definitely got my money's worth.
